Betamethasone + Clotrimazole + Neomycin is a three-drug combination of betamethasone, clotrimazole, and neomycin. Beclomethasone Dipropionate Neomycin & Clotrimazole Cream is a steroid that inhibits the synthesis of chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that cause the skin to become red, puffy, and itching. Clotrimazole is an antifungal that inhibits fungus growth, whereas Neomycin is an antibiotic that inhibits bacterial growth in the skin. They work well together to treat your skin infection. Skin infections can be treated with betamethasone, clotrimazole, and neomycin. It should only be used on the skin. It should not be used in the eyes, mouth, or vagina. If you get it in these places by mistake, rinse with cold water.
